Support The Cloth Diaper Foundation! Participate in their Dozens Diaper Drive!
The Dozens Diaper Drive is aiming at a goal of 1200 diapers. TCDF sends out diapers to their recipients by the dozen and they'd like to have enough diapers for 100 recipients on hand before they open back up for applications.
According to their ticker located, they're up to 236 of 1200 diapers collected. Their goal is to have reached the 1200 diapers by the end of September.
For more info on where to send your diaper donations, what they do and do not accept, and how to obtain a receipt for tax purposes please visit the Dozens Diaper Drive website.
Can't afford to send in your diapers? Visit the Cloth Diaper Foundation Website and see if there's a drop-off location near you where you can turn in your diapers. The drop-off sponsor is responsible for sending in the donated diapers.
Don't have any diapers to send? Monetary donations are also very helpful.
Sponsorship: For each 60 diapers donated, one recipient's package will be sponsored (no shipping costs to them), and an additional 6 diapers will be sent to the sponsored recipient.

The Cloth Diaper Foundation needs us! Read about all the different ways you can help.
Due to a serious lack of funding The Cloth Diaper Foundation has recently been considering the possibility that they might have to close their doors indefinitely. As with most non-profits, The Cloth Diaper Foundation relies on donations of diapers and monetary help in order to stay in business. They need approximately $300.00 coming in per month in order to stay open. They have currently been averaging less than $20.00 per month.
This is very sad, TCDF has come a long way and helped many many moms and families over the years and now it's our turn to help them.
What can you do to help?
- Donate! Donate any amount, even as little as $1.00 and following the instructions on how to send a gift through paypal. Your donations help keep TCDF running and help families in need get the cloth diaper loans they apply for.
- Have a fundraiser! You could host an auction, designate an item/items to sell and give the proceeds to TCDF. Have a local yardsale, car wash, bake sale, sell stuff on Craigslist and more!
- Donate diapers. Visit TCDF, view their Drop-off Locations and find one near you. Contact the location and make arrangements to get them your diapers. They'll take care of shipping the diapers for you in the most economical manner possible.
- Buy from TCDF! Did you know that they have a store? Spend your money wisely and shop with them, your funds will be going to a good cause and you'll also be getting your shopping fix!
- Become a Sponsor or Member! TCDF Family Memberships are only $15.00 and Business Memberships start at just $50.00! Get free advertising and support a good cause.

Help save the Gulf Coast wildlife! Donate your cloth diapers and inserts!
As a Florida resident, the Gulf Oil Spill is on our minds daily. Summertime here is beach season and every time we are able to go to our beautiful beaches we are reminded that others on the Gulf Coast, like Louisiana and Florida's panhandle are not so lucky, who knows when they'll ever get to enjoy their coastline again.
You may not know this but cloth diaper manufacturer FuzziBunz is located in Louisiana and has found a way that the cloth diapering community can help with this horrific disaster.
Tereson has started "Cloth for the Coast." After much research and cutting through red tape she has found that donations of new or used inserts, prefolds and other cloth diapers can be used to assist in the cleanup and in rehabilitating the affected wildlife.
While we may all feel helpless to stop this terrible oil spill from continuing to affect our coastlines and wildlife I think that it is awesome that there IS something we can do to help.
Please become a FAN of Cloth for the Coast on FaceBook and send your donations to
FuzziBunz Diapers
Attn: CFC
315 Weeks St
New Iberia, LA 70560
Items that you can send are; microfiber towels, absorbent inserts, pocket diaper inserts of any kind, washcloths, burpcloths, baby blankets and more.
It is preferred that items be free of snaps, elastic and velcro but if needed volunteers will be able to sort the donated items and will be donating the items that can not be used in the cleanup efforts to charity.
This is our chance to help make a difference! Let's show the coast just how awesome the cloth diapering community is!

Mircale Diapers is now....The Cloth Diaper Foundation!
Many of you are familiar with Miracle Diapers and all the fabulous work they've done assisting families in need. Well now Miracle Diapers will be known as The Cloth Diaper Foundation!
As Miracle Diapers has grown so has the number of families they assist. In 2009, they helped over 450 babies directly, more than 100 babies through sponsorship and local distribution, and assisted other charities with the same mission as well!
To better serve those families Miracle Diapers reaccessed it's structure and practices.
They have:
• New leadership with Roxanna Jolly—CEO and Lisa Johnston—Operations Manager and Board Chair
• Relocated their headquarters to Katy, Texas
• Restructured how they process and accept applications
• Opened a retail store for fundraising
• Founded a new membership program
• Welcomed several new board members from the cloth diapering industry.
In it's fifth year Miracle Diapers wants to continue moving forward and has decided to take on a new name that better describes the organization and it's mission.
Miracle Diapers is now The Cloth Diaper Foundation.
“We felt that a more appropriate name would help the community have a better understanding of who we are, as we have often been mistaken for a diaper manufacturer. Our desire to move forward and build a legacy of support for the cloth diapering community will be reflected in our new name: The Cloth Diaper Foundation.”
-Roxanna Jolly, CEO, The Cloth Diaper Foundation
Monetary donations fell last year do to the economy. Which means there are more families out there for The Cloth Diaper Foundation to help! While diaper donations are always appreciated, we must be able to financially support organizational growth. Let's make this happen together and spread the CD love. Visit http://clothdiaperfoundation.
Special Offer: To assist in fund raising efforts, in the month of February, Tracy Whittemore and Lisa Adkins from The Cloth Diaper Company have so graciously offered to match, product for product, each Cloth Diaper Company product sold (Drybees, Wahmies, Rocky Mountain Diapers) in The Cloth Diaper Foundation Retail Store with an equal donation to our organization. (Example - Purchase a Rocky Mountain Diapers OS Pocket, CDC will donate our organization a RMD OS Pocket, Drybees for Drybees, etc.)

Miracle Diapers needs our help!
are dedicated to helping families who might not otherwise be able to afford it, get a jump-start on cloth diapering. You can read more about their history and Mission Statement HERE.You might think that as long as Miracle Diapers is flooded with donations of cloth diapers to lend out to families in need that they'd be all set, but that is not the case. Since Miracle Diapers is a non-profit organization, they need a constant flow of monetary donations and support to help keep them afloat. They have bills to pay, supplies to purchase among other expenses that are all a part of running and organizing a non-profit.
While their "diaper cave" is fully stocked, they are in desperate need of donations in order to stay in business. Besides making a monetary donation, there are several ways you can help support Miracle Diapers and help them raise the funds they need.
- Purchase a Business Membership
- Purchase Advertising on the MD website
- Purchase a Family Membership
- Donate an item to be auctioned off at their Hyena Cart
- Donate items to be sold in their Retail Store
